How long should I wait to apply a laminate or contour cut printed graphics from a solvent printer?

The leading misconception is that the graphic is dry to the touch and ready to be contour cut or laminated.  Even though the top layer of ink is dry the bottom layers are not fully cured. Best practice is to dry all graphics, in open air and not tightly rolled on to a core, for a minimum of 24 hours prior too contour cutting or laminating.
